Bicycle collection

It is possible to collect the bicycle from our shops at the end of the summer season, starting from Monday 18 September 2023.

The collection date must be agreed by telephone well in advance, in order to allow the bike to be serviced.



Purchase methods

It is possible to book the purchase of the used Mondraker Factor 24 (2022) by paying a deposit of €500.00, which will be deducted from the final price of the bicycle.

The balance must be paid within 7 days prior to the date of collection of the bicycle (if by bank transfer) or at the time of collection (if by credit card).

Checks are not accepted.

We do not carry out trade-ins, collection of used bikes or financing.

Customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer.



Terms and conditions of sale

The bicycle is subjected to inspection and revision by our workshop.

Components with more than 50% wear will be replaced.

The bicycle is sold with the seen and liked formula. We therefore recommend viewing the vehicle in our stores before completing the purchase.

If you are unable to travel to Livigno, we will provide detailed high definition photos of the Mondraker Factor 24 (2022) used to allow its evaluation.
