2. Data collected
We collect the data you provide when booking (first name, last name, email address, telephone number, equipment sizes and measurements) and the technical browsing data required for the website to function (IP address, access logs). We do not collect special categories of personal data.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed in order to: manage bookings and rentals (performance of the contract), comply with tax and legal obligations, respond to enquiries sent through our contact channels (legitimate interest) and, only with your explicit consent, send promotional communications.
4. Retention
Booking data is retained for 10 years to meet tax obligations; browsing data for a maximum of 12 months; data processed for marketing purposes until consent is withdrawn.
5. Recipients
Your data may be disclosed to payment, hosting and invoicing service providers acting as processors. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), nor sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise at any time the rights granted by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to info@skialo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
